Designed in 3D. Cut to your sizes. Bolted together for life. Start designing
How it's made

From your screen
to steel.

Strutt isn't cut from stock lengths and sorted in a warehouse. Your design is the manufacturing data: the moment you finish, every post, runner and panel of your build exists as a drawing and a machine file.

You design it

Widths, heights, depth, drawers, finishes: every choice in the 3D designer is a real dimension, checked as you go.

It becomes drawings

Each post gets a drawing with every hole for your shelf heights. Each folded part gets a flat pattern with its bend lines. Bolt clashes are caught before anything is cut.

Lasers cut it

Posts are cut and drilled on a tube laser from the same file. Runners, side channels, panels and drawer fronts are laser cut, then folded and powder coated.

A Strutt post drawing showing the post length and every drilled hole
A post drawing, generated from a two-bay design: hole positions from the foot end on two faces, a hole table and an end view. The same data goes to the tube laser as a DSTV file.
A flat pattern of a Strutt shelf runner with bend lines and holes
The flat pattern of a shelf runner: cut outline, bend lines up and down, bolt holes. One file per part goes to the sheet laser.
